Jeremy Whitaker, Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy joined DLG as CEO in November 2004, with the remit to restructure and grow the business. He presided over a turnover and profit growth of over 35% in 2005 and, on the back of this, Jeremy went on to successfully lead an MBO in March 2006. He subsequently orchestrated the successful acquisition and integration of rivals Wegener DM UK in 2006 catapulting DLG to no1 in terms of database size and turnover in the UK.

 

Jeremy has built an enviable industry reputation during his 20 years in Direct Marketing. Previously European MD of Brann Worldwide (the world's largest marketing services group), he leads from the front and advocates strong teamwork as the most important element of successful businesses. His own ability to identify, recruit and motivate a talented senior management team has ensured that DLG continually drives forward.

 

Jeremy doesn't leave his competitive spirit at the office. He spends his time away from DLG playing golf, tennis and squash and chairing Oxted Hockey Club and skiing. Jeremy is married with three children and lives in Surrey.
